One day we took a 15min ferry ride to a little Island off of Jeju and we rented scooters to ride around the Island. It was so beautiful! There was ocean on one side and wild country with farms thrown in on the other side. We stopped here and there for pictures. We also saw some sea women who were diving for oysters. They can hold their breath for an amazingly long time under water!
One more time at the ocean. Just can't stay out. It's so beautiful. We went to the ocean on the East, West and South side of the Island.
Here is the inside of a lava cave. It was so cold compared to the outside and really neat to see the different layers and formations of rocks. Steph and I kept thinking about our science prof at Prov.
We also did horseback riding one time. Our horses were fighting to be the leaders, and mine won, so Steph's leg was squashed between her horse and mine most of the time, so that was a bit scary for her, but we all enjoyed it anyways. We got back to Seoul on Friday afternoon, went for pedicures then one last goodbye at work. I stayed the night at Jennell's, which was really good as you will find out in the next post...
