Sol Beach

I actually ate this at Sol beach. They are called something like Squid suckers. Funny story, There were three foreigners at the resort, and we went to eat Sushi for supper because we were right on the Sea. Now, my rule was that I would never eat sea food at a restaruant were I could see it outside first. Well, this night I broke that rule, but at least it looked clean at this restaurant! So we ate all sorts of raw fish, kinda iffy, but some was good. Then they started serving the cooked fish, or rather cooking it on our table. One guy, who took us to the resort, asked if we wanted to eat the fish eye. Well, no thanks, I said, but one other foreigner said she would try it. So they video taped her doing it. Then the next girl did it. Finally, I had to because they were video taping. It was not good! I couldn't chew it straight through and had to swallow becuase it was so gross, and I was on tape! haha. now I can say I ate fish eye! Fish eggs are common here, I eat them quite a bit.

More of the fish we ate. These are squid. I prefer squid in the jerky form. You know beef jerky? well, here they have squid jerky. Quite tasty!

This is the car I drove in to Sol Beach. IT is a Mitibishi Evolution sports car, 2009(?). One of the guys is a mechanical engineer for the company, so when ever he needs a car, he just borrows one! Might I say, it was amazing! It is a five hour drive to Sol beach, wont say how long it took us:)
